INGREDIENTS
Kale 25 g, Spinach 70 g, Apple 150 g, Carrot 250 g, Lemon 30 g
#TIPAdjust the amount of lemon and kale, which controls the vegetable taste, according to taste.
METHOD
- 1. Wash the kale and spinach clean and slice them properly based on the sizes of the leaves.
- 2. Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
- 3. Wash the carrots clean and slice them properly.
- 4. Peel the lemon.
- 5. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 6. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
