Watermelon Apple Mint Ade

INGREDIENTS
Banana 200 g, Avocado 250 g, Milk 150 g
#TIPYou can substitute coconut milk or soy milk for milk and still make it tasty.
METHOD
- 1. Peel bananas.
- 2. Cut an unpeeled avocado in half, remove the seed and then peel.
- 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
