INGREDIENTS
Celery 150 g, Kale 150 g, Broccoli 100 g, Apple 150 g
#TIPRemove the hard parts of the broccoli stem before blending.
METHOD
- 1. Wash the celery, kale, and broccoli clean and slice them properly.
- 2. Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
