INGREDIENTS
Apple 200 g, Carrot 100 g, Romaine Lettuce 40 g, Lemon 20 g, Beet 30 g, Spinach 30 g, Almonds 30 g, Milk 50 g

METHOD
- 1. Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
- 2. Wash the carrots, romaine lettuce, and spinach clean and slice them into proper sizes.
- 3. Peel the lemon and beets and slice them into proper sizes.
- 4. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.

Fresh romaine lettuce is used to make green smoothie since it is the most nutritious vegetable. With its mild taste and smell, it is recommended for those who have not had a green smoothie or who are picky eaters.
