INGREDIENTS

Apple 200 g, Orange 100 g, Romaine Lettuce 100 g, Cucumber 100 g

#TIPCucumbers have their own unique strong smell. Remove the tough skin and spines of the cucumber to make milder juice.

METHOD

  1. 1. Slice the apple (do not peel) into sizes that fit the mouth. Peel the orange.
  2. 2. Wash the romaine lettuce and cucumber (stem removed) clean and slice them properly.
  3. 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  4. 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
