Kale 50 g, Pineapple 200 g, Banana 200 g, Coconut Water 50 g

METHOD
- 1. Wash the kale clean and slice it into proper sizes.
- 2. Peel the banana. Peel and core the pineapple and slice into proper sizes.
- 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
