Watermelon Bingsu Granita
Use the blender to make Vegan Meat that even young children can enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
Soybeans 500 g, Potato 70 g, Onion 50 g, Walnuts 30 g, Peanuts 30 g, Garlic 10 g, Ginger 10 g, Gluten powder 20 g
#TIPAdd green onion, carrot, pepper, or curry powder according to taste.
METHOD
- 1. Soak 3 cups of soybeans in water for 13 hours.
- 2. Peel the soaked beans.
- 3. Put the soaked beans and water in the blender.
- 4. Blend the bean residue in the blender again. Separate the bean liquid and residue; use the bean liquid for making tofu or soy milk and put the residue in a bowl.
- 5. Blend potatoes, onions, walnuts, peanuts, garlic, and ginger. Drink or use the extract and separate the residue and mix the beans with the residue. Add green onion, carrot, pepper, or curry powder according to taste. If you use beets, red cabbage, or carrots, the vegan meat turns red and looks like meat.
- 6. Collect the residue of potatoes, onions, walnuts, peanuts, garlic, and ginger and mix together. Add gluten powder and knead.
- 7. Knead for about 30 minutes to make the dough heavy. Set aside some and wrap and freeze the rest.
- 8. Take it out whenever you need it and use as meat after thawing.
